Rodda’s selects Cooper Software for IFS Cloud evergreen support

Following its implementation of IFS Cloud earlier this year, world-famous Cornish clotted cream producer, Rodda’s has chosen Cooper Software to support the twice-yearly updates of its enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. 

Rodda’s, a B-Corporation is the leading brand in its market and has been producing Cornish clotted cream for 130 years. Its products are sold in Dubai, Germany, Holland, Italy, Japan, Madeira, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Tenerife, and Hong Kong, and it has won manufacturing awards for process innovation and control.

Acknowledging the need for a centralised support system, the fifth-generation family business turned to IFS Gold Channel Partner, Cooper Software for the multi-year contract. The integrator’s team of IFS certified practitioners will provide ‘evergreen’ customer support, ensuring the continuous optimisation of IFS Cloud. This will involve the expert assessment and resolution of end-user issues, comprehensive knowledge sharing, training, and collaboration with the Rodda’s team.
